This is a chaotic interpretation of György Ligeti's opera: “Ligeti: Requiem: II. Kyrie. Molto espressivo”. Here I visualize a winter landscape where a woman is shot in the chest and seen to blow her last breath of air, while her lips and fingertips are turning blue. This is our time.

Ligeti's operas have been a great source of inspiration for many of my projects and in this photograph I have succeeded to once again use his work as an source of inspiration. The dress is built up from 7 different pieces of clothing, put together with Jonna Koivuniemi, Lina Kragh and Hugo Salovaara.

This photograp has originally been presented in an art exhibition in Kungälv, Sweden (Jan, 2024)
